These General Conditions regulate the electronic purchases that you make through the web page of www.atlie.es (hereinafter, the "Contract").

By clicking the "Make Payment" button at the end of the Purchase Process, you expressly accept that these General Conditions become part of these Contracts, being bound from that moment to comply with the stipulations therein.

ATLIE is a registered trademark in the name of Daniel Pleguezuelos Merino, with NIF 51401612Q, and with fiscal headquarters in Parque Empresarial La Finca, Paseo del Club Deportivo,1 , Edificio 17., Planta Baja , 28223 de Pozuelo de Alarcón - Madrid . For returns please use the address indicated in the section Returns.

Atlie.es can modify these General Conditions of Purchase at any time. The modifications carried out, will not affect, in any case, to the purchases that it has carried out before the approval of these modifications that will be governed in any case by the General Conditions in force at the moment of carrying out those other purchases. It is the customer's responsibility to know the General Conditions of Purchase in force at the time of the start of the Purchase Process.

These General Conditions can be completed or modified by particular clauses or specific conditions of certain products, especially in what to exclusion of rights of withdrawal, changes or returns can refer. Carefully consult the product information to know these specific conditions.

Atlie.es sells only to individuals, if you wish to buy as a legal entity, we recommend that you contact our customer service department at the number indicated on the website.


Registration in the online shop for the realization of a purchase is entirely optional.

You will be able to access to the section of registered users with your user name and your password or the means that, in each case, Atlie.es enables to authenticate the users. Associated to your user registration, Atlie.es can use cookies or other similar means that allow to register your preferences of navigation and to identify you when you connect from the same equipment.

Registration as a user of Atlie.es is free and is not subject to any condition or counterpart. You can unsubscribe as a user at any time by sending an email to atencióncliente@atlie.es or dpleguezuelos@atlie.es. Unsubscribing as a user will result in the cancellation of your personal user data as well as the impossibility of making online purchases in the future until you register as a user again.


The sale through the Atlie.es website is limited to the Spanish and European territory initially, including the Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of purchases whose shipping address is Canarias, Ceuta or Melilla , the customer must provide the number of your National Identity Document (DNI) during the purchase process, NOT being possible to make purchases from these territories with Foreign Identification Number (NIE) or Passport.


Atlie.es guarantees that the products marketed through the online store are of the same quality and performance as those sold in the physical establishments where any of the international brands we work with are marketed.

Atlie.es has made the best efforts so that the representation of the image of the products in the online store is as faithful as possible to reality. However, some features, such as colors or texture, may not be properly appreciated from the images or suffer variations depending on the conditions of your monitor.

The products published on atlie.es are accompanied by the following information:

- Name of the article

- Price (including taxes unless duties or other fees apply)

- Description of product features

- Color and Size Information


Without prejudice to the provisions of specific legislation, tenders or proposals for contracting by electronic means shall be valid for the period fixed by atlie.es or, failing that, for as long as they remain accessible to the addressees.


If at the time the order is placed, we detect that there is no stock of any of the products included in it, we will contact you to inform you of the impossibility of supplying the item and proceed to pay the corresponding amount. This is without prejudice to your legal rights as a consumer.


The Purchase Process consists of the following procedures:

- Selection of products: Navigate through our page and press the button "Add to cart" every time you want to incorporate a product to the purchase. The shopping cart contains the name of the selected product, colour, size, quantity and price in euros.

- Start of the purchase process: To start the purchase process press the "Finish Purchase" button. In the event that you are not registered as a User or have not accessed as such, you will be asked previously to do so or to make the purchase as a Guest User.

- Verification of the data of the purchase: Previously to select the means of payment you will be able to verify the data of your purchase and to correct any error produced in the introduction of data. Once you have verified your data, confirm your order.

Selection of the means of payment: Select the means of payment you prefer and press the "Make Payment" button.

At that time, the system will redirect you to the chosen payment system where you must provide all the necessary data for that means of payment. This will be the only time you will be asked for this information. When you provide all the necessary data and press the purchase confirmation button, the contract will be perfected for all purposes.

- Confirmation of purchase: Once we receive your acceptance, atlie.es will emit a confirmation in screen that will be able to file and that will contain the following information:

- Order number.

- Order date.

- Summary of the products included in the purchase.

In any case, in the following hours, atlie.es will emit a confirmation of the purchase by e-mail.

During the whole process of purchase it can consult the present General Conditions of Purchase as well as to know the final price of the selected products.

Once the purchase is confirmed, the client will not be able to modify or cancel the order outside the cases foreseen in the law or in the present General Conditions.


This channel of purchase is restricted to consumers or final recipients of the products, being prohibited therefore any professional activity of resale or distribution of the acquired products.


All prices indicated on the website are referred to in euros and include VAT, except for those destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or other countries or territories, which will include the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of them.

Prior to the "Make Payment" phase, you will be able to find out the full final price of your order, broken down, where applicable, the amount of the increases or discounts applied as well as transport costs or other additional services.

In spite of the measures adopted by atlie.es to avoid errors, it may happen that the price of a product applied during the purchase is not the one offered or that the price offered displayed in the online store was erroneous. In the event that such errors are detected after the conclusion of the Contract, such Contract shall be null and void in accordance with applicable law and without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. Atlie.es will communicate this incidence as soon as it has knowledge of the same one and, in case some amount had been charged to him for this purchase, it will proceed to his refund with immediate character.


You can pay the price of products purchased by any of the following means:

Atlie.es may have adopted fraud control measures. Such measures may lead, in certain cases, is determined as fraudulent an operation that is not. In the event that it is affected, inform us through the means of contact provided in these General Conditions.

Please also bear in mind that the suppliers or issuers of the means of payment used may have adopted other anti-fraud measures which are not controlled by atlie.es and which may lead to the rejection of certain types of transactions. Atlie.es does not control nor is it responsible for the damages that may be caused by the application of the policies approved by the different suppliers or issuers of means of payment.

The use of a means of payment owned by a third party is prohibited, except in the case of express authorization by the said third party, the latter being responsible for proof of said authorization and assuming all damages that may be caused to atlie.es.


Atlie.es will send you an electronic purchase ticket and/or invoice along with your order. If you have any problem, you can request an invoice in the corresponding section of your customer account or by contacting our Customer Service within 30 days after your purchase via email.


Delivery occurs the moment you personally receive or through a third party the products purchased at the address indicated for shipping.

It will be necessary for this purpose to sign, or someone on your behalf, the delivery note provided by the carrier along with the product. The signature on the delivery note does not imply conformity and only serves to prove that the delivery has taken place. It does not therefore affect your contractual rights nor does it imply conformity with a product in poor condition. Without prejudice to your contractual and legal rights, we ask that for the purposes of processing any incident related to the shipment of goods we communicate within a period not exceeding 24 hours any incident related to the shipment, such as lack or loss of any of the products purchased, damaged product, open merchandise, etc.. Please note that the signature on the delivery note is necessary to make delivery of the product so make sure that others can receive the purchase on your behalf.

Atlie.es does not admit any responsibility by the reception that does another person in its name without the due authorization when this reception is effected correctly in the place of indicated delivery. The delivery will take place from Monday to Friday from 9h to 19h.

The delivery entails the transmission of the risk and, consequently, that the deterioration of the products, loss or robbery that can take place from that moment are not responsibility of Atlie.es.

In case the delivery is not possible, Atlie.es will cancel the Contract by impossibility of fulfillment and without prejudice of the claims that Atlie.es can initiate in case of fraud or fault of the client.

Atlie.es does not admit as valid addresses of sending the boxes of post office. In the case that the Contract includes an address of a post office box, the contract will not be valid nor it will bind therefore to Atlie.es to its fulfillment; it will be able to notify, nevertheless, this circumstance and to retrotract the made charges.

The approximate delivery time for Peninsula and Balearic Islands is 2-3 working days. In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, these periods may be extended to between 3 and 10 working days. Notwithstanding the foregoing, since compliance with these deadlines also depends on third parties, Atlie.es can not guarantee a shorter period of 15 days. For the purposes of the provisions of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, the latter must be understood as the delivery date committed by atlie.es.


Atlie.es offers you the possibility to return your purchases in the maximum term of fourteen days (14) from the date of delivery, provided that the acquired products have not been used, are in perfect state and conserve the labels of the manufacturer and of atlie.es intact and with its original marchamo/navette.

In the case of returns that include several items in promotion will be necessary to return all items purchased with the promotion. For returns of items on promotion whose discount applies to a single item or promotions with discount on the

Atlie.es will not be responsible for the total breach, defective fulfillment or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations to its charge that had its cause in some supposition of force majeure or fortuitous case. The obligations of term that could exist will be suspended in these cases during the whole period during which the situation of force majeure or fortuitous case is prolonged, resuming the calculation once this circumstance of force majeure or fortuitous case disappears.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 27.3 of Law 11 / 1998 of July 9, consumer protection of the Community of Madrid, we inform you that at the headquarters of Atlie.es there are complaint sheets at your disposal.
Atlie.es will resolve the claims that are addressed as soon as possible and, in any case, before the deadline of one month. In the event that the claim is not resolved satisfactorily, you will be able to access the system of extrajudicial resolution of conflicts indicated in the previous point.
These General Purchasing Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them (such as particular clauses or specific conditions established for certain products and adequately accepted by you at the time of accepting the purchase thereof), constitute the entire Contract, replacing any other agreements or covenants that the parties may have agreed verbally or in writing prior to the conclusion of the Contract.
The law applicable to the Contract shall be Spanish law ( Spain), without prejudice to cases in which the laws of other States may be imperatively applicable.
