All the products commercialized by Atlie.es are accessories of the highest quality, totally original and acquired directly to the brands or their commercial representatives. Atlie sells products and brands totally handmade, manufactured in different European countries such as Italy, Sweden, Noriega, France, and have the quality guarantee of these brands and manufacturers.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?
Initially, Atlie.es sends products to all Spain and to the countries of the EU and some of the rest of Europe, always subordinated this shipment to the payment of the product with some of the means of payment that we put to your disposition and to the pertinent verifications anti-fraud.
Atlie.es does NOT send products to PO boxes or addresses that are not perfectly identified and validated.

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, Atlie.co.uk will accept payment at the time your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is normally made once your order is ready to be shipped, although your bank or card issuer can immediately reserve the amount of the order on your account.

ARE TAXES CHARGED ON THE ORDER?
You are buying goods for delivery to an EU address or country (those where we do ship our products currently), and the corresponding VAT (21%) will be included in the price that appears on each of the products. The price is presented in the prices in euros on the website.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE EU?
At the moment, the orders realized in Atlie.es will only be sent to addresses and/or countries of the EU and some of Europe. All the orders that were made now or in the future outside the frame of the EU and require the payment of rates, taxes, tariffs or other similar, will be the responsibility of the client, who will have to liquidate them with the local authorities of Customs. Atlie.es is not responsible for the fulfillment of these obligations on the part of the client.
CAN ANY PRODUCT BE RETURNED?
Atlie.es incorporates own use control labels that must remain intact so that certain products can be susceptible to return. However, there are certain products that due to their form, manufacture or use to which they are intended, are not subject to return, which will be collected and detailed in the description of such products.

Due to the nature of custom orders, and the fact that they have been created especially for you, we will not be able to accept returns.
